I just placed an order how long will it take to be shipped?
 
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment is accepted.
 
Shipping times?
 
Products are shipped within 1-4 days. Please give 10-30 days to receive your product.
 
When you place your order, you will get an approximate delivery time for your order based on the availability of your items at that time.
 
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 days before the tracking number can be updated online.
 
Please note, delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary.
 
 
 
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
 
 
If you order products from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with your local tax laws for more details specific to your country.
 
 
You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes incurred; Drezden has no control over these charges and cannot predict what or how much they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
 
When ordering from Drezden, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods/reside. We are not liable or responsible if you break any such law.
 
 
 
What is the return policy?
 
We accept returns up to 30 days of the package being received for items that have no been worn, used or altered. All products must still have all tags or stickers still attached and intact and accompied with the original sales receipt.
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or the wrong size being ordered. It is the customers responsility to check size 
charts.
 
 What is the Exchange policy?
 
All exchange notices must be received to our office within 20 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
 
If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy
Items bought on sale or special offer are not refundable or exchangeable.
For size issues, we can exchange for you only once for same item you bought.
 Why did my order shipping separately?
We work with different manufacturers. Some items in your order may not be stored in the same place as others.
